Infant Safe Sleep The provider shall supervise infants while they are sleeping and adhere to the following requirements: The provider shall check and document the following: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interviews, and records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 infants present, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee stated that while she physically checks the children, she did not document the logs. The LPA observed records showing the lates infant safe sleep log was documented 3/9 for infant C3. Infants C1 and C4 had no logs for March.
