This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 8:03 am while touring room #305, LPA observed an unlocked cabinet with bleach, comet, multi-use wood cleaner, raid, and other items that could pose a danger to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Personnel Requirements (f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on staffs' files reveiwing at 3:20 pm, the director did not comply with the section cited above in 4 out of 5 staffs' files. 4 staffs' CPR and 1st aid were expired. Staff # 1's certificate is still current but the staff was not present for a short period of time during inspection which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care.

On or before March 30, 2018, a person who , on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reported training provided pursuant to paragraphs(2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every 2 years following the date on which he or she competed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement was not met as evidenced by reviewing 9 staffs' files today resulting missing certificates for 6 staff. The licensee failed to meet this section of the regulations.
