101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care... (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met Based on interviews conducted, C1 eloped the facility and went to their grandparent's house. S1 followed C1, but lost sight of them approximately 450 feet away from their grandparent's house. This poses an immediate risk to the safety and health of the children in care.
