- 101216 Personnel Requirements (i) Prior to employment... in the child care center...employees... subject to a criminal record review shall: (1) Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by law or Department regulations...This requirement was not met as evidenced by: S1 from this day one will not be working at the facility until fingerprints are processed. LPA discussed the Guardian system and provided contact information to Facility representative Marianne Carlucci and director, Megan Kraszewscki. Based on record review and interview, as of 9/5/25, S1 did not obtain a California clearance which includes DOB, FBI, and CAIC, prior to initial presence in a licensed day care center which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
