Responsibility For Providing Care and Supervision - Title 22 regulations state a licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the needs of each child, and no child shall be without supervision of a teacher at any time. This includes visual observation. Based on staff interviews, as well as the self reported incident report; a child was left unsupervised in the laundry room for an unknown amount of time.
