The licensee shall document the drills, including the date and time of each drill. This documentation shall be kept at the family child care home. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA records review and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's last conducted and documented fire drill was 01/21/2024 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
