This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation of clothing stacked in an area off of hallway, that leads to the restroom children use, a tall and wide package leaning against the wall and dried ketchup on the children's table. Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
