(1) The licensee shall take measures to keep the center free of flies, other insects, and rodents.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and observations the facility has had an issue with rodents. facility is activily working in resolving the issue. On or before March 30, 2018, a person who…is a licensed child care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training…and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years. During today’s inspection LPA observed the files of Staff #1 and Staff #2 that did not show a current AB1207 Child Care Providers Mandated Reporter certification. Staff #1 and Staff #2 have a current Mandated Reporter General Training certificate. This is a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
