Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed the following: a mop bucket with water and used fireworks, a baby saucer, a baby bouncer, infant rash cream, three shampoos as stated in the LIC809 and LIC809-C's, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
