Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed a baby bouncer in the living room. Licensee stated that she had used the bouncer to place infant to sleep. LPA reviewed safe sleep regulations with licensee. LPA did not observe infant sleeping in the bouncer. Licensee removed bouncer and placed it in a room that children do not have access to. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
