This requirement is not met as evidenced by... Based on licensee's statement she has had 36 to 43 children enrolled with CCRC since May 2025 to April 2026, and got paid for, however only, 14 children are attending daily to the daycare. This poses an immediate health, safety and personal right risk to the children in care.
