This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Staff #1 had completed 6 semester units but did not enroll in additional semester units after employment in September 2021. Staff #2 did not have any of the required 12 semester units to qualify as a teacher. Ratio was not met since both are not qualified as teachers. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care.
