(1) The licensee may keep such records in a central administrative location provided that they are readily available to the Department at the child care center site as specified in Section 101217(c). Based on observations, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by department, facility did not grant Licensing staff access to view personnel file for staff #4, which poses a potentialrisk of the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
