The facility has an open door policy, however the facility has informed parents by email that they suggest/ recommend that children not be picked up or dropped off during the hours of 10 AM- 2 PM due to children daily activities. This requirement was not met as evidenced by, No updates to the parent handbook regarding time change or emails of information that provide suggestions/recommendations.
