Personal Rights: To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs Staff repeatedly mixed-up child's belongings, sending home other children’s clothing and water bottles in his child’s bag. This requirement was not met as evidenced by Per interviews it was stated that sometimes other children's belongings will go home with the wrong child as the children get stuff from their bags and cubbies and will put them back and or in the wrong place. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care
