Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants (a)(2)(B) Staff shall physically check on sleeping infant(s) every 15 minutes and document the following...1. Labored breathing 2. Signs of distress 3.flushed skin color, increase in body temperature and restlessness. This requirement is not met as evidenced by the facility not having a 15 minute sleeping log that checks for labored breathing, signs of distress, flushed skin color, increase body temperature, & restlessness. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
