This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, Child #1 and Child #2 stated that licensee gives "pow pows" to Child #2 and Child #4. Child # 2 used their hand to hit themselves 2 times on their bottom saying this is how licensee named "Nani" by children, hits children. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care
