This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, Child #1 and Child #2 stated that licensee gives "pow pows" to Child #2 and Child #4. Child # 2 used their hand to hit themselves 2 times on their bottom saying this is how licensee named "Nani" by children, hits children. (A) Each family child care home shall conduct fire drills and disaster drills at least once every six months.
