This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA Calderon observation at 1:09pm Child #5 (an infant child) was observed sleeping and LPA observed a blanket by their side, 2 toys observed in the play yard with sleeping infant- a green X shape you and a toy remote control, picture taken and deficiency cited., the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] infant observed sleeping in playards with items which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
