This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA Calderon observed under the sink cabinet LPA observed at 11:43am Grease Spray -Easy Off yellow bottle, Fabulouso Bottle, Clorox bottle and Raid Poison bottle picture taken , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [2] out of [2] which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
