This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that staff used a harsh tone of voice with a child who was awake. Staff told child to put an item away in cubby- child refused saying they did not want to. Staff proceeded to tell child it’s not what you want and counted to 3 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
