This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed sail shade to be full of leaves and debris, observed a tear in the sail shade and observed some sort of mold on the sail shade which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the infant room to not be clean both indoors and outdoors. LPA observed outdoor play equipment to be noticeably dirty with dirt and cobwebs on the climbing structure. LPA observed built up dirt and grime near the refrigerator in the infant room and near cubbies. LPA also observed the floors in the Toddler Room to not be very clean near base of cupboards and door which leads to the outdoors. LPA also observed a broken outlet cover in the toddler room. LPA also observed chipping paint on walls in several areas. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
