Copies of the menus as served shall be dated...This Based on observation, record review and interviews, LPA did not observe snack menus posted and it was disclosed by S#1-S#3 that snack menus are not posted accordingly, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA observed in the Toddler 2 Room, the area near the doorway that leads outdoors, needs to be cleaned. It is noticeably dirty. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
