Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants (B) Staff shall physically check on sleeping infant(s) every 15 minutes and document the following: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews with Licensee and Director, disclosed the facility did not comply with the section cited above for 3 infants (under the age of 24 months) who are currently enrolled in the toddler classroom are not documenting the physical checks every 15 minutes while they are sleeping which poses a potential health, safety to children in care.
