This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs observed a Pledge spray and Indoor Pest Spray accessible to children in the Library next to the camera monitor, Isopropyl Alcohol and Cleaning sprays accessible to children in Bathroom #3, and pest and lawn spray bottles accessible to children on the sink outside on the playground which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
