This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review, Licensee did not ensure that children in care were provided comfortable accommodations to meet their needs. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
Responsibility For Providing Care and Supervision (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and record review, Licensee did not ensure that visual supervision was provided at all times, resulting in a child sustaining a head injury requiring medical treatment. This posed an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
