101223 (a)(2) Personal Rights (a) The Licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. (2)To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. Director and Licensee will hold an all staff meeting & view the personal rights video and discuss the importance of level of care, and submit a written action plan on their understanding of the above-mentioned. This requirement was not met as eviidenced by: LPA Clayton's interviews and documentation provided by the school which showed that the parent behaved inappropriately in the presence of children in care on at least 2 occasions, which posed a Health and Safety risk to children. Director is to provide signatures/names of each staff members attendance to the department no later than October 27, 2025.
