Higher concern: Child guidance
Report finding
Personal Rights Each child receiving services from a family childcare home shall have certain rights… To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation… This requirement is not met as evidenced by licensee yelling at daycare children. Based on interviews conducted, the licensee failed to ensure that children in daycare are treated with dignity in their personal relationship with staff members of the facility.
