Operation of a Family Child Care Home. The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Licensee disclosed that during the month of August, (date unknown) a child was sitting on a rusted chair when the chair collapsed causing the child to fall. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Operation of a Family Child Care Home. The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: During a tour of the facility conducted on 8/23/24 and 11/1/24, LPA Katrdzhyan observed the outside play area and toys to be unsanitary. The toys were covered with dust, water, dirt and leaves (pictures taken). Per the Licensee, the outside toys and equipment are hosed down once a month and let to be air dried.
