Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties 101216.2(e) An aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observations and record reviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above staff S. Santana only having a Child Development Assistant Permit issued by CTC and six (6) ECE units from Santa Monica Community College, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
