101223 (a)(1) -Personal Rights- (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. Based on evidence and requirement was not met, LPA Wheatley interviewed several staff members who have witnessed the children being yell at and spoken to in an inappropriate manner. Also, in regards to potty training, children have been spoken to in an inappropriate manner and made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. This is violation poses an immediate risk to the health & safety of children in care.
