This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in failing to report the change in Directors which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
101229(a)(1)-Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision-(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. Supervision shall include visual observation. This was evidenced by the Licensee / staff failed to supervised Child #1 as he was able to wandered out of the facility through the front door and down an alley on July 11, 2022. This is a risk to the heatlh and safety of children in care.
