No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time...supervision shall include visual observation. Based on observations, documentation review, and interviews that were conducted the facility did not comply with the section cited above, child (C1) was left alone an unknown amount of time in the classroom's restroom, which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
