Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed (2) inspector killer spray cans on the kitchen counter and cleaning compounds unsecured underneath the kitchen sink, in day care from a broken piece plexiglass attached to the wall, and the hallway door off the hinges unsecured which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
