- 101238(a) Buildings and Grounds The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidence by: LPA observed the carpet wet and facility ceiling leaking in the infant room at time of visit on 2/212024. Parents and staff also stated the ceiling was leaking. If not corrected this possess a potential risk to children in care.
