Per Health and Safety Code (HSC) 1596.8662 Proof of Mandated Reporter Training (b) (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child care provider...shall complete the mandated reporter training...renewal mandated reporter training every two years.. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: based on LPA's file review, 6 Staff files did not have vaild Mandated Reporter Certificate.
