Personal Rights. Each child shall be free from corporal or unusual punishment, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse, or other actions of a punitive nature. This requirement is not met as evidenced by based on record review and interview conducted on 10/21/24, center staff confirmed S1 grabbed C1 by the arm and forcing the child down to pick up the Legos which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
