Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to: (5) All licensees shall ensure the inaccessibility of pools...by surrounding the pool with a fence.(A) Fences shall be at least five feet high and shall be constructed so that the fence does not obscure the pool from view. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observded an above ground pool with a two foot fence. This posed an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
