This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Upon record review, the sign-in and sign-out sheets documented two instances where the facility exceeded the maximum number of children allowed in care. On April 11, 2025, at 3:30 PM, the sign-in sheet showed 24 children signed in at the facility. Similarly, on April 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM, 24 children were signed in.
