(1) All containers used for storage of solid wastes, including moveable bins, shall have a tightfitting cover that is kept on; shall be in good repair; and shall be leakproof and rodent-proof. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed trash bin at the exit of the classroom to not have a tight fitted lid with food waste present which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
