(1) All containers used for storage of solid wastes, including moveable bins, shall have a tightfitting cover that is kept on; shall be in good repair; and shall be leakproof and rodent-proof. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation during the inspection, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having a trash bin in the kitchen filled without a lid. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPAs Wheatley and Casillas observed Child #1 inside of the restroom unsupervised by staff/teacher.
