Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 back yard was observed to have palm tree branches piled on the side of the house, an excessive amount of ivy growing, and straw covering on fence that needs to be replaced (photos taken) that are defects or conditions that endanger children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
