Infant Safe Sleep 102425 (j) (5) (A) If the infant is sleeping in a separate room from where the provider is stationed, the door to the room the infant is sleeping in shall remain open at all times. The provider shall be able to visually observe the infant without moving the door. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA Clayton and LPA Lovest observation of 2 infants sleeping in separate rooms with the doors closed the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health and safety risk to childrenin care.
