Ratio 102416.5(e) If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). This requirement was not met as evidenced by: 07/31/25 the licensee was observed by the IB investigator caring for ten children without any assistance present and admitted at that time of operating out of ratio on 07/15/2025.
102417 Operation of a Family Child Care Home (5)(A) Fences shall be at least five feet high...fences, gates shall swing away from the pool, self-close and have a self-latching ... shall be placed on the pool and locked when the pool is not in use..." This requirement is not met evidenced by: Based on observation and interview the facility pool fence does not met regulation since it is not 5ft and self-latching, and self closing which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to the children in care.
