Sign In and Sign Out (b) The person who brings the child to, and removes the child from, the center shall sign the child in/out. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that three (3) children were not signed in today. LPA reviewed the children that were signed in by the Bright Wheel system and one child signed in manually. Total children on the premises is 75. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
