This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: During a walk through of the kitchen, LPA observed sharp knives left unlocked and accessible to children in the kitchen cabinet drawer, next to the sink. The kitchen is on limits to children in care as the children pass through the kitchen area in order to get to the bathroom nearest to the kitchen.
