Responsibility for Providing care and Supervision 101229(a)(1): No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time…(including) visual observation. This was not met as evidence by: Based on interviews , lack of supervision resulted in Child #1 sustaining an injury and staff were not providing visual observation. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
