Personal Rights 101223(a)(2): The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidence by: On 01/03/25, child #1 went down the slide the incorrect way and hit their chin. As a result, child #1 was rushed to the emergency room, where adhesive glue was applied to the injury, which poses a potential risk to day care children in care.
