This requirement is not met as evidence by based on staff interviews and observations. Facility failed to maintain facility ratio. Staff confirmed morning hours between 6:30-AM-9:30AM the facility was operating over the ratio due to a lack of staff available to open the center. Staff indicated that this happens frequently and almost everyday of the week. At 1:30 LPAS inspected the classroom (pre-k) during nap time and observed a classroom to have 1 staff with 22 children and 6 children awake and clasrroom (2's) to have 22 children with one staff and 2 children awake..
