(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(3) To be free..., humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat...: interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting....This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on CCLD investigation, the Licensee did not meet the above requirement by not preventing intimidation of children in care on multiple occasions witnessed by multiple parties and denial of daily living functions. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
