This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews, it was confirmed that children's personal rights were violated due to child being denied the right to use the bathroom by S3. Interviews with S1, S2, S4, S5 confirmed that S3 told the child that they cannot use the bathroom. Staff took toys from a child and threw them hitting staff and ceiling. This poses an possible health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
